🛡️ How to Become a Roll Model

Roll Models aren’t chosen. They’re earned.

To join, you need to meet one of the following:

  • ✅ Show consistent attendance
    Be consistent over a minimum of 3 months of regular training during Sean's All Levels Sessions Tuesdays & Thursdays
     (Not just turning up — showing up, consistently)

OR

  • 📝 Write your way in
     Submit a short essay explaining why you want to be a Roll Model, and how you’ll contribute to the team.

Because it’s not about being the best grappler.
 It’s about being someone people want to train next to — week after week.
